Although the studio option is still popular, for a more natural look, we now take most of our kids portraits at our rural property near Gordonvale, just South of Cairns. Here we have old sheds, fences, horses, grass, flowers etc. Just nearby are beautiful creeks and old sugar cane train bridges. We find this location is ideal for photographing families & kids of all ages. Other location options include the Northern Beaches and local parks in Cairns.
We prefer not to try to arrange young children too much but just let them go & play. Then we can capture natural images of their real character.
After the shoot you can come round to our studio in Cairns, sit back and enjoy a slide show of the photos taken. Any image can be purchased at any size and we also have the option of making up triple framed prints, composites and albums. Please ask us for our latest presentation options as we try to match state of the art technology with traditional photographic skills.
